TEACHING AND LEARNING INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT FOR PROJECT (TLIAP)

Assessment of projects is not easy as there are many aspects of the project that needs to be evaluated including the different non-academic skills such as critical thinking, project management, etc.  In order to achieve equity and fairness in the assessment, it is important that all lecturers and students are clear about the criteria for assessment, and that these criteria are applied across all the different types of projects.  Tan Sim Bee from Electronic & Computer Engineering/School of Engineering developed the Teaching & Learning Integrated Assessment (TLIAP) to provide more equity and consistency in assessment for projects.

This paper was presented at the 10th ISATE in Sendai, Japan in September 2016.
